Christian’s story is not a sequence of titles. It is a sequence of environments that demanded more: more preparation, clearer judgment, stronger teams and full responsibility for outcomes.
Christian spent 13 years with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy, Motor Deputy and Agent. His experience included fugitive task-force work alongside the U.S. Marshals, FDLE instruction and protection details. This chapter established a lifelong operating discipline: assess risk, trust the team and take responsibility.
Christian moved directly into full-time real estate, home flipping and investing—choosing ownership, financial freedom and the chance to create a lasting legacy. Hundreds of investments turned theory into an everyday practice of acquisition, construction, financing, timing and margin protection.
As Co-Founder of House Facts Realty, Christian helped build an organization that reached approximately 30 agents, 700 annual home sales and $200M in annual volume at scale. In 2019, he joined eXp corporate leadership during a period of extraordinary company growth.
The focus broadened beyond selling real estate to building it: construction, engineering, modular manufacturing, development and the operating platforms required to bring a complex project to life.
Today, Christian is interested in exceptional people and exceptional opportunities—real estate, companies and partnerships where experience, execution and aligned relationships can create durable value.

A different kind of fight
In 2025, after years of high-pressure public service, entrepreneurship and building, Christian faced a deeply personal challenge with cancer. The experience is not the center of his story, and it is not presented here as a sympathy narrative.
It did, however, sharpen his perspective on time, health, relationships, purpose and the legacy he intends to build. That perspective now travels with him into every room, every project and every decision.
