About Christian Bear
Public service, ownership, corporate growth leadership, and the companies he is building now.
The record
Christian Bear’s work has moved from law enforcement to real-estate ownership, corporate growth, construction, modular manufacturing, and development. The through line is practical: take responsibility for the decision in front of you.
Christian spent 13 years with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office. He worked fugitive operations alongside the U.S. Marshals, captured over 1,000 violent fugitives, served as an FDLE instructor for more than 10 years, and supported protection details.
He moved into full-time real estate, investing and home flipping. Christian has completed more than 300 home flips and reports no realized losses on completed flips.
As Co-Founder, Christian helped build House Facts Realty to approximately 30 agents, roughly 700 annual home sales, and about $200M in annual volume.
Christian served as Vice President of Growth during a period in which eXp expanded from approximately 15,000 to 60,000 agents. His U.S. growth leadership organization included more than 250 employees.
Christian is President & Co-Founder of BRIX Modular and Co-Founder of OBC Built, with active interests in development, construction, engineering, modular housing, and investment partnerships.

A different kind of fight
In 2025, Christian faced cancer. He is keeping the medical experience private. It clarified how he thinks about time, health, relationships, and the work still worth doing.
